The participants to the conference can register as:

1. Regular / Student participant with papers (max. 2 papers as first author):
a) oral presentation
b) poster presentation
2. Accompanying person
Participants with papers are invited to register using the on-line Registration form.
Abstracts and accepted papers should be submitted online on the Conference platform.
After registration the participants will receive an immediate confirmation message.
The official language of the Conference is English. Simultaneous translation will be provided for Romanian participants.
All accepted papers would be published in the Conference Proceedings Volume. The Proceeding Volume will be sent for indexing in International Databases: ISI Thompson Reuters Database, Scopus, Index Copernicus etc.
